These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through the PapaExport Smart Logistics system. By placing a booking, you agree to the following:

1. General Conditions

1. All bookings made through our platform are subject to review and acceptance by PapaExport.com and its logistics partners.
2. A booking is considered provisional until verified and approved by PapaExport.
3. PapaExport reserves the full right to cancel or reject any booking without assigning specific reasons, if deemed necessary.
4. In case of cancellation by PapaExport, the full booking amount (after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any) will be refunded within 15 working days.
5. All customers are advised to use the Chat/Logistics Support Section before booking to confirm eligibility and compliance for their cargo.

2. Exporter & Importer Verification Conditions

6. Bookings are valid only after KYC verification of both exporter (India) and importer (destination country) is successfully completed.
7. If either the exporter or importer is found listed in any restricted, sanctioned, or blacklisted databases (international or domestic), the booking will be canceled.
8. If the exporter fails to provide valid business registration, GST, IEC (Import Export Code), or equivalent trade license, the booking will be canceled.
9. If the importer fails to provide valid trade license, VAT/TAX registration, or any mandatory business documentation required in the destination country, the booking will be canceled.
10. All customers are advised to use the Chat/Logistics Support Section before booking to confirm eligibility and compliance for their cargo.

3. Cargo Restrictions

11. Cargo must be legally permitted in both origin and destination countries.
12. Hazardous materials (explosives, chemicals, flammables, etc.) not declared properly will result in cancellation.
13. Cargo involving drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited.
14. Cargo involving weapons, ammunition, or defense equipment without permits will not be accepted.
15. Cargo involving fake, counterfeit, or pirated goods will be rejected.
16. Cargo involving live animals or endangered species is not allowed without proper government approvals.
17. Cargo involving human remains or body parts is strictly prohibited.
18. Cargo involving radioactive or toxic substances is not allowed.
19. Cargo involving perishable food without proper certification may be rejected.
20. Cargo involving cultural artifacts, antiques, or heritage items without clearance will be canceled.
21. Cargo that is improperly packed or unsafe for transport may be canceled.

4. Country & Destination Restrictions

22. Cargo cannot be shipped to countries under international sanctions.
23. Cargo cannot be shipped to countries under trade embargoes or war zones.
24. Destination country's import policy restrictions will apply.
25. If the buyer is unwilling to bear customs duties, VAT, or local charges at destination, booking may be canceled.
26. Cargo to countries with special licensing requirements will be canceled if licenses are not provided.

5. Customs & Duty Conditions

27. Duty-unpaid cargo will be the responsibility of the buyer at destination.
28. If buyer fails to confirm duty payment responsibility, booking will be canceled.
29. If customs authorities seize or reject cargo, PapaExport is not liable.
30. Misdeclaration of cargo details (HS code, value, weight, or contents) will lead to cancellation.
31. If buyer refuses to cooperate with customs documentation, booking will be canceled.

6. Payment & Financial Conditions

32. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
33. Payment must come from a legitimate bank account or verified payment method.
34. Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent payments will cancel the booking.
35. Additional surcharges (fuel, port handling, war-risk, etc.) must be accepted by the buyer. Refusal may cancel booking.

7. Documentation & Compliance

36. Buyer must provide accurate invoice, packing list, and shipping documents.
37. Missing or incomplete documents may cancel the booking.
38. Export licenses or import permits must be produced where required.
39. Cargo description must match physical cargo. Misrepresentation will lead to cancellation.
40. Any false declaration will void booking immediately.

8. Operational & Safety Conditions

41. If cargo weight/size exceeds declared amount, booking may be canceled or re-rated.
42. If cargo cannot be loaded due to improper packaging, it may be canceled.
43. If logistics partners refuse handling of cargo, PapaExport may cancel booking.
44. If government agencies (customs, port, airlines, shipping lines) refuse the cargo, booking will be canceled.
45. If logistics operations are disrupted due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, strikes, port closure, epidemic, etc.), PapaExport may cancel booking.

Final Clause

PapaExport.com and its logistics partners reserve the right to accept or reject any booking at their sole discretion. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days of cancellation.

The quoted Door Delivery Rate includes the following services

Pickup from origin in India
Origin port handling and documentation
Ocean freight charges
Customs clearance at origin (India)
Express trucking from the destination port to your final delivery address (after clearance)

The following charges are not included in the quoted price and must be paid by the consignee (buyer) at the destination

Customs duties and taxes (destination country)
Destination port handling charges (DPH)
Customs clearance fees at destination
Inspection, demurrage, or storage charges (if applicable)

Our team and local logistics partner will take care of all required documentation, customs clearance, and delivery procedures. You will be informed in advance about any destination charges and customs duties.

You only need to pay the applicable local charges—we'll handle the rest and ensure smooth delivery to your doorstep.
