Additional support is offered after the sale has been concluded as well.

Verified Member Responsibilities

• 4.7 As a verified member, you can benefit from the escrow service offered by Papaexport.com. The process is the same for everyone using it. During the first phase of the process, the buyer will provide a down payment as a security deposit. The product will then reach the facility and will have to go through a detailed inspection in India. A detailed report of the inspection will be available and will also include pictures, only to provide enough certification that goods meet the quality standards described in the listing and contract. The buyer will then pay the rest, while Papaexport.com will release the full amount to the actual supplier.

5. Free Member Accounts

• 5.2 Members and suppliers can provide certain amounts of details based on the membership they have. Free members are limited to three products only.

Buyer Responsibilities
